Martha oversees finances, human resources, and administration at Ibis and serves on the Senior Management Team. Before joining Ibis in 2015, Martha served as the financial officer and administrator at Volunteer Lawyers Project, a legal aid organization in Boston. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University.
